World Adventure Golf Masters was played on a course built by City Golf

The latest edition of the World Adventure Golf Masters (WAGM) were held at the Zaton Holiday Resorts Adventure Golf in Nin on September 11 and 12. A total of 94 players participated, from countries in Asia, Oceania, North America, Europe and Africa.

When the competition began, there was thunder and rain that caused the difficulty to increase dramatically for the participants. But when the rain stopped and the holes got dry, the results fell sharply. From 32-33 in result during the rain, to 27 strokes on dry grass.

Germany won the team gold, and Swedish Gunnar Bengtsson became the overall best player.

The Adventure Golf facility is 18 holes long and is themed like an ancient harbour, with many periodical elements from the city.
