City Golf Europe participates at the VDFU Annual General Assembly Meeting 2017

More than 180 participants took part at the annual general assembly meeting of the prestigious VDFU organisation (The Association of German Leisure Parks), which was held in Munich on 13th-15th February 2017.

City Golf Europe recently became an associate member of the VDFU. As such, we are regularly invited to attend VDFU meetings where we can mingle with members and promote City’s reputation as the leading supplier of high-quality Adventure Golf courses in Germany. As a result of our collaboration with the VDFU, we have already been awarded 4 contracts by well-known leisure parks, owned and operated by VDFU members. We have built three impressive Adventure Golf courses at Schloss Dankern, Tropical Islands and Egidi-Buckel Sankt Englmar, as well as a spectacular new Blacklight Adventure Golf course at Rasti-Land.

City Golf Europe GmbH Deutschland was represented at the 3-day VDFU meeting by general manager Carsten Volpert, who was able to socialise with existing contacts and have discussions with interested potential clients. This year, as a gesture of appreciation, City sponsored snacks and cakes during the coffee breaks. In its newsletter to members, the VDFU remarked that our contribution helped to stimulate the creative atmosphere at the event!

The morning of the second day was dedicated to a small exhibition, arranged individually by associate members (including City Golf), which provided an excellent opportunity to present our latest products, services and successes, and discuss ideas with decision makers from the leisure branch. City Golf Europe erected a small information stand displaying our latest themed Adventure Golf and Blacklight 3D Adventure Golf courses, as well as our bestselling range of City Gold Mines.
