Adventure golf on natural cliffs

A 12-hole adventure golf course has been installed on natural cliffs at Gunnarsö Semesterby holiday complex in Oskarshamn, Sweden. A pond creates a pleasant atmosphere, while a 3 metre high lighthouse is one of many features enhancing the 800 m2 course’s coastal theme.

The course opened on 18 June 2009, and attracted 10,000 players before closing for the season on 15 September. A game of golf costs SEK 50 for adults and SEK 25 for children.

City Golf Europe have been nominated in Örnsköldsvik for best export during 2023, recognizing for example our accomplishment of reaching the milestone of 400 designed and produced Adventure Golf courses.
