We build our Adventure Golf courses with man in focus, which means that we also think about them with reduced mobility or physical disabilities when we develop a new facility.
There is always a walkway around the course planned in the drawing. Our walkways have a standard width of at least 120cm.This leaves room for both pedestrians and wheelchairs in width, and there will be no problems when meeting other players on the road.
In summer of 2025 we completed a production of an 18-hole Adventure Golf course (Minigolf Open Standard) for Hofors BGK in Sweden. Designed to meet the high standards that comes to have it approved for competition. As well as it should also still attract the leisure players.
As always we designed the course for everyone. For young, old and people with reduced mobility or physical disabilities.
With this in mind, we are delighted whenever our design principle receives recognition.
After the inauguration of Hofors BGK's new course, they also received a visit from Parasport Gävleborg, which works to promote good sporting opportunities for people with physical disabilities, visual impairments and intellectual disabilities.
Their representative gave a honourable review of their new course. In their rapport published at their website they state the following:
The course is designed with a holistic approach, prioritising both accessibility and the playing experience. It is easy to get around the area, whether you use a manual wheelchair or an electric wheelchair. The surface is even, and the layout of the courses means that there are no unnecessary obstacles or differences in level.
The inventory of the course indicates that Hofors Minigolf has succeeded in creating a meeting place that welcomes everyone – from families with children to older people and people with disabilities.*

We are very glad to hear about the rapport made by Gävleborg Parasport and gives us a confirmation that we are working as we speak, delivering ADVENTURE GOLF FOR EVERYONE.
